Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipping. Custom and personalized orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number when available. Shipping times depend on the carrier and are outside of ItzKKCreations’ control.

Shipping Delays
ItzKKCreations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once tracking shows that a package has been delivered, ItzKKCreations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the package and item and contact us within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.
