At ItzKKCreations, all items are made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are handmade or customized specifically for you, all sales are final.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will work with you to provide a replacement or other appropriate resolution.
Custom & Personalized Items
Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the product.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations may no longer be accepted.
Customer Responsibility
Please double-check your shipping address, personalization details, sizes, colors, and other selections before placing your order. ItzKKCreations is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer.
Refunds
Approved refunds, when applicable, will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable.
